These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Gridiron Idle covering your use of the mobile game Gridiron Idle (the “Game”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Gridiron Idle is a single-player idle game about building an American football program. It is free to play. It contains no in-app purchases and no paid content. It does show optional rewarded video advertising, which you only ever see if you choose to tap a button that offers an ad. There is no advertising in the Game before you choose to watch it.
Gridiron Idle is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any professional, collegiate, amateur, or youth football league, team, conference, organisation, or governing body, or with any other game, developer, or publisher. You do not need any account or membership to play.
You may use the Game if you are old enough to enter into these Terms where you live, or if a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf. The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. If you are below the age at which you can consent to data processing in your country, please play only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and read our Privacy Policy together.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the Game to you. It is limited by section 4, and it ends if you stop complying with these Terms.

The Game — including its code, artwork, animation, audio, text, characters, player names, user interface, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. “Gridiron Idle” and the Gridiron Idle logo are our marks. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
No part of the Game, including any in-game content, currency, record, achievement, or item, represents real property or real money. In-game items and currencies have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and exist only as part of your saved game on your device.
The Game depicts a fictional football program. Within it:
Any resemblance between a randomly generated name and that of a real person is coincidental.
Some outcomes in the Game involve chance — for example the appearance of a golden football, or the result of certain plays. These are gameplay features.
The Game is not a gambling product. Nothing is wagered, no money or thing of value is staked, and no prize of value can be won. Rewarded ads that grant an in-game benefit are gameplay rewards, not gambling, and they cost you nothing but your time.
Game progress — including your visitors, records, achievements, rings, and Playbook — is stored on your device. If you delete the Game, reset your save, reset or replace your device, or lose the device, your progress may be lost permanently and cannot be restored by us. We keep no copy. Resetting your save cannot be undone beyond the single backup copy the Game keeps on your device.
The Game displays optional rewarded video advertising supplied by third parties, including Google AdMob. You choose whether to watch an ad; the Game does not show ads on its own.
We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of third-party advertisements, the products or services they promote, or any website or application they link to. If you follow an advertisement, your dealings are with that advertiser, not with us. How advertising information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, and your advertising choices can be changed in the Game under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
We may update, change, or discontinue the Game, or any of its features, at any time, including for balance, technical, or legal reasons. We may also release updates that change how the Game behaves. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, that any particular feature will remain, that the Game will be compatible with every device, or that updates will preserve your saved progress. You are responsible for any data or connection charges from your mobile operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be free of errors, bugs, interruptions, or harmful components, or that it will meet your expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right you have under mandatory law in your country of residence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, game progress, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including progress lost through a reset, a device change, a lost device, or a technical fault.
Because the Game is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Game, which is zero
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Game.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Game. You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may end it if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 continue to apply after it ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
Nothing in this section takes away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live, or your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
